Have you ever pondered the amount of work it takes for your favorite restaurants to open, let alone one that is only open for less than half the year? Creating, planning, ordering, prepping, preparing, tasting, recreating. And that’s just the back half of the operation.

The amount of dedication that the Anchor kitchen staff has is unmatched. We have a couple new friends joining us in the kitchen this year, as well as a brilliant core staff that have been coming back for multiple years to hone their craft, and be an integral part of our little island of misfit toys that just happens to fit so well in this community.

Thank you for all of your support over the past 10 seasons, and we look forward to another amazing one this year.

The Anchor opens tomorrow, Thursday June 18th at 4pm until 9. Going forward we are open Tuesday - Saturday 4-9. Can’t wait to see you in here! Cheers!

Round Pond’s own pot of gold is gearing up to open this coming Thursday, the 18th, at 4 pm!

Come join in the festivities at The Anchor for our opening weekend with familiar favorites and faces, as well as some fresh new twists.

We’re looking forward to serving and supporting this community and beyond for our 10th season running. Here at The Anchor, we prioritize the use of local/fresh ingredients, building positive relationships between staff and guests, and keeping the vibes high. It’s like if your favorite local watering hole was actually a nice place to hang out; high quality food and drink, incredible atmosphere, unbeatable views.

The Anchor will be open Tuesday-Saturday, 4-9 pm, with plenty of indoor, covered porch, and outdoor seating. Reservations are highly recommended. As always, thank you for your support in this labor of love, we couldn’t do any of it without you!

Taking the “hurricane windows” off the screened in porch, weeding the herb gardens, checking out new wine for the season… looking forward to staff returning and getting the restaurant in tip-top shape

Fickle weather and school schedules have us remaining to open the Thursday before Father’s Day

We will be open Tuesday through Saturday again this year, 4 pm to 9 pm
