I am a small-business owner in Pennsylvania whose business was forced to shut down as a direct result of a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) road construction project.

The project has had a devastating financial impact on my business, and I believe I may have a legitimate claim for damages. I am now looking for an experienced PennDOT, government-liability, eminent domain, inverse condemnation, or construction-impact attorney who is willing to review my situation and potentially represent me.
