Today we opened the doors to our very first store in the Golden State — Bake The Cookie Shoppe, Riverside, CA — and it's a milestone we've dreamed about for years.
What started as a single cookie and a big idea has grown into four locations across Nevada, Arizona, and now California. Three-plus years of early mornings, late nights, and an incredible community behind us. Riverside, you welcomed us like family from day one, and this one truly feels like coming home. ❤️
