Farro Italian Herb Buddha Bowl with Tree-Range Farms Chicken Breast and Indian Lamb Lentil Curry with a splash of rice and cilantro. 🤌🏻

When you bring hot fresh mini apple pies to the neighborhood party.

-Core and slice apples about 3/4 inch thick and paper towel dry
-Toss in sugar, cinnamon, allspice and a pinch of salt
-Cut thin slices of puff pastry and whipstitch around the apple slices
-Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet, slather on egg wash made with 1 egg and tsp water and sprinkle with more sugar/cinnamon
-Bake at 400 for 20min

Today, I had the pleasure of creating a menu for University of MN Extension(Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships). This event was an evening of storytelling from project recipients about the impacts their projects have had on their communities. I am honored to feed folks in support of a significant cornerstone of new ideas and projects.

I was so excited to hear the event was at Oak Center General Store, as I’ve heard so much about it being brought to life again and having live music in the cultural gem of a space. I hope to visit more!
