This Thursday, September 3rd, from 11AM - 2PM, stop by the PRN Harm Reduction Headquarters in Asbury Park to receive resources and food provided by JBJ Soul Kitchen!

The Prevention Resource Network (PRN) will be on-site providing naloxone, safer use kits, wound care supplies, and other harm reduction resources, while JBJ Soul Kitchen will be providing food for Asbury Park community members utilizing the harm reduction center on Main St.

This Labor Day weekend, please note our holiday hours: JBJ Soul Kitchen Toms River will be closed on Saturday, September 5th, and JBJ Soul Kitchen Red Bank will be closed on Sunday, September 6th. Enjoy the long weekend, and we’ll see you back at the restaurant next week!

As always, meals will still be provided to our neighbors in need.

As August comes to an end, the purple flags outside JBJ Soul Kitchen serve as a reminder of the lives lost and families impacted by drug overdoses. 💜

In recognition of Overdose Awareness Month, we remember those we have lost, support those who are struggling, and continue to raise awareness in our community.

Together, we can help end the stigma and remind others that they are not alone. 💜

‼️UPDATE - Due to lack of proper running water we are unable to open for dinner service tonight and therefore our Summer BBQ is canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience and are hoping to have this resolved as soon as possible.

**We will be.closed Sunday 8/23 for brunch as well**

As always we will make sure those in need of a meal are taken care of.

**UPDATE - Unfortunately we are still without proper running water and cannot open for dinner tonight.

Due to an emergency issue with our running water, we will be unable to open for lunch service today. We will update everyone on dinner as soon as possible. As always, we will make sure to help anyone in need of a meal.

We had so much fun participating in the Red Bank Food & Wine Walk, where we got to serve a delicious Blueberry Lavender Lemonade Spritzer mocktail! We’re so grateful to the Lokel Group for selecting JBJ Soul Kitchen as the beneficiary of their events this year. 🍷💛

On Thursday, August 20th from 4-7PM, stop by Daddy’s Chicken Shack in Tinton Falls for a special $1 Menu Fundraiser benefiting JBJ Soul Kitchen! During the event, sandwiches, tenders, bites, fries and drinks will each be available for just $1, with all proceeds benefiting JBJ Soul Kitchen.
