Comfort food, but not quite how you remember it. 🍚✨

Our Kimchi Arancini takes crispy Italian fried risotto and gives it a Thorn Alley twist with fermented napa cabbage kimchi, Parmigiano Reggiano, yuzu black pepper emulsion, and bonito flakes.

It’s crispy, savory, tangy, a little funky, and exactly the kind of thing you order when you want something comforting without ordering the same old thing.

And yes, they’re gluten free. 🙌

Our 5-Piece Korean Fried Chicken starts with Bell & Evans chicken, marinated in Korean seasonings and soy, coated in rice flour, and twice-fried for a serious crunch.
