A seat for everyone. Because comfort, access, and belonging don’t look the same for each person.

Our space offers many ways to sit, rest and participate — and that’s by design. Whether you’re here for quiet, connection, or something in between, there’s a place that fits.

Inclusion isn’t one path.

It’s thoughtful options that let people choose what works for them.

Which spot are you sitting at?

2) Brightly colored modular seating and table in front of a window. Text reads “modular seating.”

3) A glassed enclosed seating space that fits 1-2 people with a table in between the seats. The door to the space is open. There are two coffee cups sitting on the table. Text at the top of the screen reads “”telephone” Booth”.

4) A close up angle on a hooded blue chair that blocks light with a small table in front of it holding a laptop and a hot coffee cup with the Rollie’s Place logo. Text at the top of the screen reads “Hooded Chairs”.

5) A brightly lit cafe with a blue table and a iced coffee cup sitting on it with the words “You Belong Here”. The video starts at an overhead angle and comes down to focus on the writing.
