It’s an indoor yoga kind of day. 😏 The forecast shows rain this afternoon/evening so NO yoga at MochaMocha Lisa Coffeehouseght. BUT next week, we will have MelisMelissa Hinrichs Kirkeby one more time to do a sound bath after the yoga class! 🤩🎼👌
Aug 12 Yoga at 5:30 pm, sound bath at 6:15 pm.
No registration needed. Check in for yoga in the cafe. $15 includes yoga class and a beverage. Sound bath donations will go to Racine’s women’s resource center.
