Happy Friday everyone! It’s our last day before vacation. We are not running a lunch special, instead we are offering a cup of complementary hobo stew. Absolutely no  purchase necessary! Come by grab a cup while supplies last. It’s a little sweet, smoky & spicy, just like your Knook family😆! Limited bread options today, & we will be closing at 3p.m. (we will sell out). Last live stream for two weeks is today at 11:30-1p.m. Back to work Monday October 26th. Love you, Quincy, see you soon!

 Today for lunch special we have half a Dagwood with turkey, ham, roast beef, salami, mayo, mustard,  lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles Italian dressing & Smokey cheddar on toasted sourdough. Served with a cup of chicken noodle soup. Have a great day everyone, see you soon!

Happy Wednesday everyone! Today we have an Italian hoagie on a sweet steak roll with mayo, prosciutto, salami, ham, provolone, lettuce, onions, peppers, tomatoes, oregano, oil & vinegar. Tomato basil soup today The Knook will be closed October 12-26 for vacation! Have a great day folks, see you soon!

Today we have a Reuben burger on toasted sourdough with a beef patty, pastrami, Kraut, thousand island & Swiss cheese for the lunch special. Our soup today is split pea with bacon. Have a great day. Everyone, see you soon!

Hope y’all had a great weekend! Today we have a bowl of vegetable chicken & barley soup with a Smokey cheddar quesadilla for the lunch special. The Knook will be closing next week Monday, October 12 & reopening Monday, October 26 for some time off! My crew has worked very hard this year, & needs some time to recharge!! Have a great day. Today we have an herb roasted Caesar chicken wrap with mayo, house Caesar dressing, lettuce, tomatoes, & house made Sourdough croutons for a nice juxtaposition (I’ve always wanted to use that word, sounds so fancy 😆)!
