We are deeply saddened to share the passing of Tonia, a former member of our team who worked with us for several years.

Tonia was a special part of our restaurant family, and she will be missed immensely by all of us who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside her.

For any of our regulars who would like to attend her services and pay their respects, we’ve included the information below.

Sending so much love, comfort, and strength to Tonia’s family, friends, and everyone who loved her during this difficult time. ❤️

We hope you all have recovered from the Chile and Balloon Fest, Pueblo knows how to party!

We want to thank the Chamber of Commerce, the Balloon Fest coordinators, Bret and Sally, and everyone who worked and volunteered to pull off another successful celebration in our developing downtown. And thank you to all of the out-of-towners who visited Do Drop for the first time - it was a pleasure meeting you. And, of course, a big hug to our loyal regulars and hard working employees. Not only did some of us get to ride in a hot air balloon but we were asked to cater the appreciation dinner for the Balloon Fest sponsors and pilots at The DaVinci Museum and it was an absolute honor.

Oh, you didn't know we cater events? We sure do. Whether it's real casual or fancy - we got you. Please keep us in mind for your next event!

Taking our crew to new heights… literally!

We were so excited to sponsor a hot air balloon ride for a few of the people who make our restaurant what it is. We’re grateful for this crew and all the hard work they put in every day.
