At Mosaic, sustainability is woven into the dining experience. Our handcrafted water pitchers are created by Remark Glass, a company that transforms recycled glass into beautiful functional pieces. The pitchers you see throughout our dining room were once Saratoga water bottles, now given a second life at your table. Pay a visit to the Princeton University Art Museum store to bring these functional works of art home!
The bulb vases featured throughout the restaurant are also made from recycled beer glasses, turning discarded materials into elegant décor. Beyond the dining room, our commitment continues in the kitchen, where food waste is collected, composted, and returned to local farms to help nourish future harvests.
This World Environment Day, we're proud to celebrate the small choices that make a meaningful impact on our community and environment.
