Pale gold and lightly hazy with a lasting white head, Citrus Summer Ale is brewed with sweet and bitter orange peel, lemon peel, coriander, and conditioned on tangerine juice. Aromas of candied citrus, fresh tangerine, and subtle spice lead into a medium-bodied palate layered with a juicy citrus character. A touch of acidity from the tangerine juice brightens the finish, while a soft malt foundation keeps the beer balanced and highly drinkable. Inspired by traditional Belgian Witbier but fermented with American ale yeast, this ale delivers its citrus and spice directly from the ingredients, creating a crisp, refreshing beer suited for warm weather.
