A few photos from our day at Morven Museum & Garden’s 1776 Fest, where we finally got to pour the b**r we brewed for the occasion. Triumph ’76 Ale was brewed with Liberty, Centennial, and Triumph hops, with a nod to the British roots of the ale style. At 7.6% ABV, it was made specifically for the occasion and a fitting b**r for a day celebrating Revolutionary Princeton. Morven Museum & Garden brought the history of Revolutionary Princeton to life, and it was a pleasure to spend the day there and be part of it.

Halibut — Vadouvan beurre blanc, honeynut squash, fennel, herbs

Coq au Vin — Frenched breast, whipped potato, mushroom, carrot, pearl onion, lardons

Duck Confit — Moulard duck leg, beluga lentils, soffritto, jus

Duck Pate — Pain de Campagne, endive, cornichons, mostarda

Lyonnaise — Mixed greens, frisée, poached egg, lardons, croutons, dijon sherry vinaigrette

Octopus alla Plancha — Blackbean and potato arepa, avocado, radish, salsa macha

Buttermilk Fried Chicken — Baby romaine, Parmigiano Reggiano, caesar dressing, seeded bun, fries

Bohemian Pilsner
Czech-Style Pilsner
5.2%

Brewed with floor-malted Bohemian pilsner malt, dark malts, and Carahell, this Czech-style Pilsner pours dark gold with a slight haze and white head. Toasted bready malt brings notes of honey, almond, and caramel, complemented by spicy Saaz hops. Medium-bodied with a balanced hop character, it draws from the traditional Czech pilsner style first brewed in Plzeň in 1842.
