Spring is blooming at Twinflower! 🌺 Today we're introducing our Sparkling Hibiscus Matcha, made with vibrant matcha, hibiscus tea, Swans Honey raw wildflower honey, and sparkling water, topped with a hibiscus flower.

Created in collaboration with the Portland Museum of Art’s Art in Bloom exhibit, this seasonal sip pairs perfectly with the floral installation now on view in the Café. Stop in, take it in, and enjoy a little moment of spring.

Then continue the experience just down the way; Art in Bloom is on view now through March 29, with floral works inspired by the PMA’s collection.

Maine Maple Sunday Weekend is a tradition we’re proud to carry forward, one that’s as much about place as it is about flavor.

At Twinflower, we’re featuring maple in ways both subtle and satisfying, using syrup sourced from Strawberry Hill Farm in Skowhegan. You’ll find it in our house breakfast chicken sausage, layered into our breakfast sandwich, and woven through our marinated local Heiwa Tofu, available in the Astraea Bowl or as a side. And, of course, in our Maine Maple Vanilla Latte that feels just right this time of year. 🤍 🍁
