This is our 3rd year participating in Portland Mercury’s Burger Week! Our burger this year is the mouth watering La Cusqueña, a pork and bacon burger with huacatay aji verde, pork cracklings, and sweet potato slaw on a potato bun.

Arborio rice prepared with cuttlefish ink, shrimp blood, butter, bell peppers and onions. Topped with grilled seabass, langoustines, and fried calamari. Garnished with salsa criolla, cilantro flowers, epazote, and sweet red drop peppers and a flourish if huacatay mayo around the plate to tie it all together!
