We teamed up with our friends at Straightaway Cocktails for their Chef Collab Dapper Dog Series, and Big Mick’s Texas Chili Dog has landed at the Straightaway PDX Airport Bar!

This one is close to home, inspired by Mel’s Texas roots and featuring her dad Big Mick’s secret sauce. Now that family recipe is making its way through PDX, piled onto one hell of a chili dog.
