Calling all w**e lovers (so....95% of our demographic?)!
We're so pleased to announce that we're cohosting THE VERTICAL W**E DINNER with .selections in which we'll host three incredible Burgundy producers within our pistachio-green walls! They aren't just bringing their incandescent personalities: they'll each have a vertical flight of Burgundy to share.

- Thiebault Huber with organic and biodynamic Burgundy from Meursault
- Vincent Chevrot , one of two brothers of Domaine Chevrot whose family has been making Burgundy in Maranges since 1830
- Odilon Marchand .odilon.marchand of with deliciously drinkable Burgundy from Nuit-Saint-Georges

What's a vertical flight, you ask?
A vertical flight features multiple vintages of one w**e from a single producer. It allows you to truly explore the approach of the w**ery and defining terroir of the region, separate from weather events and other variables from year to year.
TLDR: it's a way to really nerd out on a particular w**ery.
