As a 2026 recipient of a $25,000 Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures Scholarship, Carlos is one step closer to achieving his goals and creating meaningful impact through health administration and community service.

Every shift, this exceptional Team Member brings integrity, heart, and a commitment to excellence to Chick-fil-A West Schaumburg, located just outside of Chicago. As a freshman at Northern Illinois University, Carlos is pursuing a degree in Psychology with a passion for expanding access to mental health services in underserved communities.

We can’t wait to see all that he accomplishes. Congratulations, Carlos! 🎓✨

Last week, Good Neighbor Day brought moments of care, connection, and community to neighborhoods across the country through America250. In Greater Los Angeles, neighbors came together to make a difference and strengthen the communities they call home. ❤️

Chick-fil-A local Owner-Operators Itza Leon, Andrew Park, and Corey Pendray joined their Restaurant teams to help distribute more than 1,200 sandwiches, sharing meals and meaningful moments with neighbors across the community.

The day unfolded in many ways: community festivals and family activities at Hosana Los Angeles in Norwalk, food distributions at LA Dream Center at Imperial Courts Housing Complex in Watts, and neighborhood cleanups at Pueblo del Rio Housing Complex in Long Beach. Each stop was a reminder that when people show up for one another, communities grow stronger.

It was an honor to serve alongside our neighbors throughout Greater Los Angeles and celebrate the power of being a good neighbor.

Helping end hunger, one meal at a time. 🍽️ At Chick-fil-A Crestwood outside Chicago, local Owner-Operator Ximena Pena-Rogers has helped provide more than 37,000 meals to neighbors in need, turning her Restaurant's extra food into care through the Chick-fil-A Shared Table program.
