Poland Spring Resort is one of the best vacation values with 3 inns, 11 cottages, activities like bocce, grass tennis courts, pool, museum, and more for guest to enjoy. The resort is home to the oldest resort golf course in America; a Donald Ross designed, 18-hole championship public golf course. With three restaurants, one at the Maine Inn, with all you can eat daily buffets, Mel’s Hilltop restaurant for lunch, and Cyndi’s Dockside open for lunch and dinner on Middle Range Pond with indoor and outdoor lakeside seating. The Resort also host wedding reception, golf tournaments, day outing and much more.

Columbus Day Weekend October 9-12, 2026
Tradition lives on at Poland Spring Resort. We celebrate Halloween, Christmas, and New Years Eve all in one crazy weekend.

Friday, if you want to participate, bring to the front desk, a Gift for a male, female, or anyone to do the gift exchange with Mrs. Claus on Saturday, You may also bring food for the local food bank, the Resort will be also giving the food bank 100 turkeys for Thanksgiving.

Friday Dinner 5:30-6:30 Maine Inn Dining Room $25

"Witches Brew" Beef goulash, chicken pot pie casserole style, "monster mash" mashed potatoes, harvest apple salad, dinner rolls, creamed spinach dessert -- dirt cups (chocolate pudding, Oreos and gummy worms)

Friday Night Halloween Party begins at 8 with DJ Alex at 8:30 PM we will have a costume contest with Cyndi. Dress up and you could win a free weekend!

Saturday be a kid, wear your PJ's to Breakast. After Breakfast come to the lobby and get your picture taken with Mrs. Claus and particapate in the gift exchange!

All Souls Chapel 11 AM Christmas Carols with Kathy Haley and Phil House.

Dinner 5:30 PM at Maine Inn Dining Room $25
Chicken piccata, Haddock with ritz crackers and lobster sauce, glazed carrots, rosemary potatoes, Caesar salad, dinner rolls, butternut squash risotto. Assorted desserts

Saturday 8 PM Northern Grove Band $10 Maine Inn Dining Room

Northern Groove is Maine's hottest rocking dance/party band.

Sunday Dinner at 5:30-6:30 PM $25
Roast turkey with sage gravy, Ham with Dijon sauce, mashed potatoes, green bean and mushroom casserole, Sausage stuffing, garden salad, dinner rolls Assorted dessert pies

Sunday 8 PM Larry Williams Band $15
They are a ten piece show and dance band providing decades of music for generations of audiences. New Years Eve Party
