Alright Pocatello. Come put PVBs future owner to work tonight! 🤩🍺🍻

As we start preparing for PVB’s next chapter, we want the people who have supported us over the years to be part of our future.

This Saturday, our future new owner, Tyson Hinz, will be joining us on the floor, waiting tables, meeting customers, and getting to know the people who make PVB what it is.

If you’ve been coming to PVB for years, we want to hear your stories. What do you love about this place? What do you miss? What should never change? What would you love to see in the future?

Want to get Sassy? It is much faster to carbonate soda in a small keg than my 70 gallon tank. So, I racked off a little 5 gallon keg and got that on tap for this weekend and next weekend. JV and I wrestled the 800 pound tank of Sarsaparilla into the walkin cooler yesterday. It will take a couple of weeks to get that fully carbonated. I see root b**r floats in PVBs future!

Meanwhile. Join us for dinner tonight. I have lots of fresh lasagna and Spanish Paella made. Scrumptious specials you won't want to miss

Try our Crayfish Etouffee for dinner tonight!
This is a delicious Cajun dish made with celery, onions and peppers sautéed in a rich butter roux, then simmered with tomatoes and Cajun seasonings. The crayfish were caught in local streams, cleaned and boiled with Cajun seasonings. Shelled and frozen to add to this delicious dish just for you. Served over rice with your choice of soup or salad. This special won't last long and when it's gone.
Dinner served 4-8pm tonight.
