Do you want my PVB beers back on tap?

If so, help me find someone to take over the kitchen operations. The brewing equipment is ready to brew. I started PVB 30 years ago because I love to brew beer and ferment things. I just need a great support team so I can go back to running the company and making our beer.

If you, or someone you know is interested in joining our team, have them bring a resume down to the brewery or email me at [email protected].

Meanwhile, I will be back in the kitchen whipping up some delicious dinners tonight. Stop in. Say howdy and enjoy a nice, quiet, relaxing dinner. Serving dinner 4-8pm.

What can I say. It was a very soggy brewhouse manifold yoga day. Up. Down. On my knees. Leaks all over. Hair stuck in the valves tightening fittings. But hey. Ultimately I prevailed. She still works! My old body too, sort of....
