TIRAMISU HAS LANDED ☕️🤎

We’re now serving our house-made traditional tiramisu, right here at BluBird.

Locally sourced eggs, house-made gluten-free ladyfingers soaked in espresso, and layers of rich mascarpone cheese, dusted with organic cacao powder, come together for a classic tiramisu that’s creamy, coffee-forward, and just the right amount of sweet.

And yes — it’s gluten-free!!!

Come grab a slice while we have it. 🍰☕️

💜 OUR NEW SPECIAL — LOCAL INGREDIENTS, IDAHO HEART 💜

We love when we can bring ingredients from local Idaho producers straight to your pizza. 🫶🏼

This special features blackberry jalapeño smoked rainbow trout from Koehn Trout Farms in Buhl, Idaho 🐟 and locally grown purple basil from Farm & Hive 🌿.

We’re so grateful to the local farmers and producers who make incredible ingredients right here in our own backyard. ❤️

We bring it all together with our house-made creamy cashew sauce, Grande provolone, shiitake mushrooms, red onion, Parmesan-Romano, and a drizzle of Seka Hills extra-virgin olive oil.

Local ingredients. Handmade pizza. Made with love. 🍕💜
