Employee of the Month: Bruce Hirschy 🎉

Congratulations to Bruce Hirschy, Outside Golf Attendant, on being named Employee of the Month!

Bruce has been part of the Swan Lake team for 21 years, and our guests love seeing that familiar face when they return. He is always willing to come in early, stay late, and go above and beyond. For Bruce, the best part of the job is the people. He loves welcoming guests, hearing their stories, and getting to know those who return year after year.

Before retiring 10 years ago, Bruce taught 7th and 8th grade Language Arts and Social Studies at Oregon-Davis. He went to college at age 37 and later earned his master’s and administrative degrees, serving as a master teacher and worked in administration.

Outside of Swan Lake, Bruce loves golfing and spending time in Sebring, Florida. He and his wife have been married for 48 years and have two children, one grandson, and another grandchild on the way.

Thank you, Bruce, for 21 years of dedication, outstanding customer service, and everything you do for Swan Lake!
