On the eve of our opening day, we just wanted to take a moment to reflect on the last four weeks.
We are incredibly grateful to be a part of this wonderful Pittston community. From the moment we arrived, everyone has been so kind, warm, and welcoming, and we truly can’t thank you enough.
A special thank you to Mayor Lombardo, the City of Pittston and the Pittston Tomato Festival Committee for being so gracious and welcoming to us. And to everyone who has helped behind the scenes — our families, friends, staff, local businesses, and everyone who has lent a hand along the way — thank you. We simply wouldn’t be here without you.
Four weeks ago, this was a dream and a vision.
Tomorrow, we open the doors.
To be able to do that on the first day of the Pittston Tomato Festival, surrounded by the community that has already made us feel so at home, makes it even more special.
Our dream has become a reality, and tonight we are simply full of gratitude.
We truly look forward to seeing all of you this weekend and finally welcoming you into Rotten Tomato.
