After roasting, it's best to let beans rest for a couple days to let any extra carbon dioxode escape. Ideally it's best to use the beans within two weeks.. but ours tend to disappear much faster. 🙂

Rest times and freshness dates also vary on the type of roast being done!

Our Roastmaster (Jimerson!) roasts our beans several times a week to ensure you receive the freshest possible coffee, without any harmful chemicals that can be introduced in the packaging process of beans you might find in the store.
