***BITTER RITUALS***

It’s kinda silly not to have some sort of drink on the menu that evokes “Negroni” because after all, most bitter, stirred drinks end up having that profile whether we want them to or not.

But when you can get a lot of crisp, fresh fruit in the mix, it can take that profile to a whole new level. kills it with her combination of pear eau de vie and tequila, which makes for liquid silver in a glass.

We love a great glass of wine (who doesn’t?) but—hear us out—what if you could have a complex, old-world style glass of wine that ISN’T WINE… and is in fact a COCKTAIL?!?!

Our “Chillable Red” uses the unique characteristics of a blend of spirits and amaro, augmented by a unique danish cherry wine vermouth and a healthy dose of our proprietary tart cherry acid, to re-create the a.b.v., acidity and mouthfeel of a great red wine but with a specific flavor profile that will have your taste buds questioning, “what IS reality?”
