Let the cocktail slinging commence......
Tucked into a corner space inside the city’s first-ever high-rise, the new Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour is set to help make downtown Phoenix once again the epicenter of the Valley’s dining and drinking scene. Housed in a soaring, window-lined space inside the historic Luhrs Building – an elegant 10-story brick and stone early 20th century engineering feat that was completed in 1924 – Bitter & Twisted combines a world-class cocktail lounge with a neighborhood bar’s sensibilities.

Management hired a skeleton crew. They work for free and they never call out. They aren't always on task, mostly just hanging around, but they know how to pour a mean martini.

Halloween cocktails now pouring.

There’s a new era brewing in the bar, and we’re thrilled to welcome Janel, the new General Manager of Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour.

A hospitality veteran with more than two decades in the industry, Janel brings experience, heart, fresh energy, big ideas, and just the right amount of beautiful chaos to the same great cocktail bar and team you know and love.

In her words, “The opportunity to partner with a venue of this caliber is an incredibly meaningful milestone in my career. I’m honored to take on the responsibility of leading such an acclaimed venue, and I look forward to building on its legacy while helping shape what the next chapter of hospitality looks like.”

Janel, welcome to the madness. We’re so damn happy you’re here.

We can’t wait for you all to meet her, too. Next time you’re in, come say hi and help us give her the warm B&T welcome she deserves.
