The chicken liver toast at a.kitchen is the first sign of the changing seasons.

The dish is on all year long, but the set changes as we receive new produce and our team comes up with new and exciting ways to present a menu staple.

Buttery chicken liver mousse loves hanging out with tangy stuff and as we turn the corner from summer into fall, the team brings it together with the aromatics of aji dulce peppers, the gentle sweetness of apple butter and our favorite fried herb, crispy sage.

Enjoy it this way every day for lunch and dinner at a.kitchen until we get excited about something else.

A beautiful evening with Outstanding in the Field at CJ Askegreen 🌿

Eli Collins joined chefs across High Street Hospitality Group to cook dinner together and celebrate the last little bit of summer.

Shoutout to our amazing team who helped make the night happen, and a big thank you to CJ Askegreen and Outstanding in the Field for having us.

A little something for your glass tonight . We’re pouring a few special bottles by the glass, with a little w**e wisdom from Frank (Frank Kinyon), our W**e Director:

“Philip and rosalie lardot are a couple that farm 5 hectares in the steep hills of the mosel. They specialize in revitalizing historic vineyards that have become abandoned by modern viticultural industrialization, since steeper slopes are mush harder to work.

In the cellar, their w**emaking is minimal, always done in old neutral barrels, never fined or filtered, and finished with very small sulphur additions.

‘Save the mosel’ is a blend of riesling, müller thurgau and auxerrois that is co-fermented and aged in barrel for 8 months, then aged in bottle for 6 months.

The w**e is meant to be a ‘call to action’ to support smaller producers in the mosel that make their region so special. ‘Kontakt’ is a semi-carbonic pinot noir, barrel fermented and bottled without SO2; cherry, cranberry, bright and floral.”
