Think rosé in reverse. 🍊🍷

Orange w**e starts with white grapes, but instead of separating the juice from the skins, they spend a little quality time together. The result? More color, texture, structure, and a whole lot of personality.

On Tue, Oct. 27, Tria W**e Director, Lauren, is pouring six orange w**es and breaking down what skin contact actually does, how this 8,000-year-old Georgian technique works, and why orange w**e has gone from ancient tradition to modern obsession.

Your office holiday party deserves better this year!

Tria Events gives you a room of your own steps from Rittenhouse Square, filled with the same w**e, cheese, warmth, and zero-pretense energy you already know from Tria. 🍷

Host a standing reception for up to 50 guests, or make w**e part of the entertainment with an interactive guided tasting. Our full tasting experience is about 90 minutes with seven or eight pours, or you can add a shorter tasting to your reception.

Think team holiday party. Client gathering. End-of-year celebration. Friends who finally managed to pick a date everyone can make.

Real w**e. Real cheese. Zero corporate stiffness. Let’s talk!

Your Halloween candy deserves better than being eaten over the sink at midnight.

This time, we’re putting it on the cheese board 🧀🍬

Join Cheese Director Kasey Kline and W**e Director Lauren Harris for five cheese and candy pairings ranging from surprisingly classic to delightfully weird, plus three b**r and w**e selections to see why the whole thing actually works. Expect salty, creamy, funky, tangy, nutty, sweet, and probably a few strong opinions along the way.

Five pairings. Three pours. Zero rules.

Some things don’t need changing. 🧀

The Tria Classics board: Brie Fermier, aged Manchego, pistachio herbed ricotta, olives, fruit, nuts, poached cherries, local honey, and a generous pile of baguette.

Split it on a first date. Order it when you “”just want a snack.”” Pair it with crisp whites, bubbles, a juicy red, or whatever you’re in the mood for. We’re not big on rules.

Two glasses. One board. Very Tria. 🍷

Sunday School is in session. 🍷🧀

This week, we’re pouring Fool Bloom from California Stars, a light, juicy red made for drinking with a slight chill. Think cherry, raspberry, strawberry, fresh herbs, a little spice, and enough darker fruit to make it feel right at home as fall settles in. Basically, California red w**e in its favorite early-fall outfit.

Paired with Harvest Moon from 5 Spoke Creamery in Goshen, NY. Inspired by Mimolette and aged for nine months, this raw cow’s milk cheese brings toasty butterscotch, savory saltiness, and major autumn energy.

Chillable California red meets nutty, savory New York cheese. Class dismissed! See you Sunday, 10/11 at Tria Rittenhouse. 😉

First comes love. Then comes a baby. Then comes a cocktail. 🍹

Fun fact: Pookie and Jett’s love story started right here at Tria. So naturally, we had to raise a glass to their growing family.

Meet “It’s Fire Pookie”, our weekend-only cocktail special inspired by their daughter. A pineapple reposado spicy Paloma that’s sweet, a little spicy, and, dare we say, fire.

Come try it this weekend at Tria Rittenhouse. ❤️

One valley. Two very different personalities. 🇫🇷🍷

The Rhône stretches from the steep granite slopes of northern France to the sun-soaked vineyards of the south, and things change quite a bit along the way.

On Thursday, David McDuff of Bowler W**e is taking us on a trip from north to south. Think elegant Northern Rhône Syrah, aromatic whites, generous southern blends, great producer stories, and plenty to taste along the way.

No map memorization required. We’ll handle that part. You just have to decide which side of the Rhône has your heart.

Sunday School is in session. 🍷🧀

This week, we’re pouring Fitapreta’s “Branco de Talha,” an Alentejo white made the old-school way: fermented and aged in clay amphora. Think citrus, green apple, white peach, fresh herbs, and just a little earthy texture.

On the cheese side, meet Lady Slipper from Valley Milkhouse, a tomme-style Pennsylvania cow’s milk cheese washed in local Frecon Farm c***r. Nutty, brothy, a little funky, and exactly the kind of cheese we want on our plate.

Ancient clay meets local c***r-washed cheese. Consider this your homework. 😉

Class dismissed! See you Sunday, 10/4 at Tria Rittenhouse.
