Friday = repair-rebuild-recover wellness center

it’s been a week of hard ass mental And physical workouts - at the gym and at wrestling training with A
jacked up jaw and a rolled ankle in a 6 man tag team - which was brutal for me but worth the experience!

moments of “ will you ever get it or be good enough“ weighing heavy on the brain ….seriously holding me down!

self- doubt and self destruction-yes it happens to all of us ! grateful for our coach Chad who puts things in perspective no matter how harsh it may sound at the moment

get up- suck it up - keep learning-
like he said. every one’s journey is different!! enjoy the ride as long as we can !
