What a gorgeous October Saturday! We are open until 7pm, and we will be serving all your bbq and char-grill favorites!

We are currently taking orders for our smoked turkeys for Thanksgiving. We will cook it hot and fresh and ready to go right on Thanksgiving Day!

It’s that time of year again! We are now taking orders for our Thanksgiving smoked turkeys!

They will be $70 for a 14-17 lbs smoked turkey. It will be served hot and ready to go at your scheduled time on Thanksgiving Day. We will also be smoking Turkeys on the day before Thanksgiving for those who don’t want to go out on Thanksgiving day. They do warm up nicely.

You may order your turkey whole or we will slice and debone it for you for no extra charge.

Call us at (315) 531-8700, message us on this FB page, or stop in to reserve your turkey for Thanksgiving!

And just like that, September is coming to a close! Starting next week, we will be closed on Mondays. Our updated hours will be Tuesday-Saturday 11am-7pm.

As we progress through the autumn season, we may adjust our hours further to best meet the needs of both our family and the business. We will be closing for the season sometime in November.

Stay tuned for information on this page for fall specials, our smoked turkeys for Thanksgiving, and any other changes in hours.

Thank you for all of your business this summer season! It has been wonderful seeing so many familiar faces, as well as getting to know others for the first time this year. We truly appreciate every one of you!

While it’s definitely slowing down here, our season is far from over. We are currently still open Monday-Saturday 11am-7pm. We will be adjusting our hours for the fall season in the upcoming weeks. We hope to remain open with amended hours into November.

We will once again be offering our delicious smoked turkeys for Thanksgiving! We will be posting more information on our turkeys in the next couple of weeks.

Where did the summer go?!? It seems like it was just June!

We are gearing up for a busy holiday weekend. We are open today and tomorrow ( Friday and Saturday) with our regular hours 11am-7pm.

We will be closed on Labor Day ( Monday, September 7).

We do have several pre-orders tomorrow. Calling ahead will help ensure you get what you want. However, walk-ins are always welcome!

Don’t want to get out? Most of our menu items can be ordered through door dash!
