Quick update for Thursday June 4, 2026. We will not be opening that day until 11:30am due to getting new coke tower install on our front line and make the process as quick as possible. With that when we do open, we will be limited to coffee, tea, water and lemonade to start. We will not have any fountain sodas until most likely after 1pm when they are all finished. We will be expanding our offerings with this install to include Coke Zero, Fanta Orange, and Mountain Blast Powerade.
Thank you for your understanding while closing is not an ideal situation the system we currently have is 20 years old and needs to be updated and we have to take slots that are available.

We have copies of Brandy Gleason’s new book Unique Eats and Eateries of Ohio for sale in the Restaurant. Cost is $27 +tax. For those not familiar with Brandy she is a travel writer and founder of Ohio Roadtrips page. We are in the book on page 142-143 and the book features 85 restaurants around the state.

We are looking to hire front of the house staff. Our ideal candidate will work independently and efficiently. Job duties include Greet guest, seating guest, cashing out, running food, cleaning tables and taking orders. This is a fast-paced environment which requires a lot of moving and coordination. This would be for a few days a week and must be available to work at least 1 weekend day. We are also looking for someone that is willing to pick up extra shifts to cover call outs. Dependable flexible people will receive priority scheduling. Pay is commiserate with experience and we don't tip share in our restaurant. You earn them you keep them. We want to put a reminder out about being closed next Sunday May 10th for Mother's Day. We always get asked why and it's simple that as a family-owned business we believe it is important for our employees to spend days like this with their families. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

OPEN SUNDAY MARCH 15 2026 7am - 2pm

New update: we are closed due to power outage at 11:20 am today 3/14/2026. We know many people have been without power since yesterday and we hope everyone can have power restored as quickly as possible. We only want to share this for our customers who travel from outside of the area to visit us to save a them trip if we can. We will update once we get a clearer picture of restoration time

We just wanted to give a quick update that on Friday March 13 2026 at 5:45pm we currently still have power. No idea if it will last as we have had lots of power flickering on and off and it has worsened over the last hour.

Yesterday, Chocolate Strawberry was displayed and here is plain Strawberry. It's only here for a very short time. It's selling well and will probably be gone by the weekend.

For this Valentines weekend we whipped up a special Strawberry Cream or Chocolate Strawberry Cream Pie. We jazzed them up after the initial test run to include fresh cut Strawberries.
