Paris Bakery specializes in handmade artisan breads and pastries. Our menu varies daily-according to the seasons and bakers' whims-with a wide assortment of things to find every day. We also make sandwiches, homemade soups, salads and serve locally roasted coffee & espresso. On Friday nights we serve artisan pizzas, often with live music in our courtyard.

we’re keeping things local, fresh & healthy!
lettuce does not enjoy the heat of texas in late july & august.
so to keep from buying our lettuces from the store or from national foodservice distributors we are pivoting to tender leaves of collards, kale & sunflower shoots grown right here in paris!
we can’t thank enough!!
we think you’ll love the substitute

here’s a little something to feel great about: all of our lettuce is grown & harvested right here in paris, tx!
has been providing lovely organic lettuces for our sandwiches & salads for so long that i don’t even remember what year it was when our partnership started.
I know we were still at our first location, so it’s been at least 7 years!
