Saims Fruit Saims Fruit, Inc. is a small family owned and operated orchard located in the beautiful vinelands district of Palisade, Colorado.

was inspired by a drive across Colorado in 1975. It was then that Tom Saims developed a passion for peaches when he stopped in Palisade, Colorado and bit into a peach. That sparked a determination to grow peaches in Palisade. Saims Fruit has been owned and farmed by Tom & Carolyn Saims since 1992. They expanded the orchard to it’s current acreage in 1998. Our orchard is farmed using the very best

of sustainable growing practices, providing healthful whole food for our customers, while supporting our environment.
