nsb oyster, rhubarb-elderflower mignonette, coriander caper

“sicilian crudo” yellowfin, scallop, hamachi, uni

baby gem, anchovy and chicken skin breadcrumb, cured egg yolk

thrice baked potato, crispy onion, trout roe

7 spice fried chicken, black garlic ranch with ossetra caviar, chili crisp

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), she’s a true bridge between front and back of house, passionately sharing her vast knowledge of the food and techniques with our guests. She’s also the one who creates most of our delicious cocktails!

When she’s not here with us, she’s hosting her own pop-ups or baking homemade treats that she generously shares with the team!
