Meet Tara…

For the past 8 years, Tara has been part of our 1803 Pizza Kitchen family.

She always walks in with a smile, greets everyone by name, and brings a kind of energy that fills the entire restaurant. From our dishwasher to our kitchen team, everyone knows her — and she knows all of us.

She has her favorites (and she never changes them 😄): our Chicken Parm with linguini… and this Mediterranean flatbread you see here.

At this point, we don’t even need to ask. We already know her order, and her table is ready before she even sits down.

Because to us, Tara isn’t just a customer…
she’s family ❤️
