Evoo Fresh Mediterranean Kitchen was created with a simple belief: prepare food honestly, use fresh ingredients, and give people a meal worth coming back for.
Today, that same philosophy is at the heart of everything we do.
Our shawarma, kabobs, and gyros are cooked over an open flame. Our falafel and hummus are rooted in Lebanese culinary tradition. Bright produce, fresh herbs, hand-laid toppings, and scratch-made sauces come together as each order is prepared fresh for the guest.
But Evoo was also built for the way people want to eat today: fresh, flavorful food served with the speed and convenience of fast casual.
As more guests look for alternatives to traditional fast food, we believe Mediterranean cuisine is uniquely positioned to deliver both convenience and the fresh ingredients and bold flavors today's diners are looking for.
That's also why we're excited about the next chapter of Evoo.
We're growing through franchising, giving entrepreneurs the opportunity to bring Evoo's fresh Mediterranean experience to new communities while building on the food, systems, and experience behind the brand. Evoo first launched its franchise program in 2022.
From our roots in Orlando to the communities we hope to serve next, we're just getting started.
