We are a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant serving bold, fresh flavors: house-made shawarma, kabobs, tabbouleh, hummus, and more. What You'll Do
As part of our kitchen team, you'll rotate through a range of tasks that keep the operation running smoothly:
* Prep ingredients and line items before and during service
* Build and plate fresh, made-to-order meals for guests
* Engage warmly with customers — hospitality is central to who we are
* Operate the point-of-sale register as needed
* Stock and maintain a clean, restaurant
* Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
What We're Looking For
We hire for character first, skill second. Here's what matters most to us:
* A positive, professional attitude and a genuine desire to do good work
* Reliability — your team counts on you to show up and be present
* Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Previous restaurant or food service experience is a strong plus — but not required
* Passion for food, hospitality, and being part of a growing brand
* Weekend availability. (It's the restaurant industry...Fri/Sat & Sun are our busiest days! However, we make every effort to rotate weekend shifts among employees).
Compensation & Benefits at a Glance
* Base pay: $15.00/hr
* Tips: ~$2.00/hr average (estimate, based on other location)
* Effective hourly earnings: ~$17/hr (estimate, including tips)
