What a wonderful summer it was hosting South O Sandwich Co.
Great company, great people, great food.

Back to our regular routine of introducing you to Omaha's newest START-UPS.

THIS FRIDAY we welcome Chef Brad Bolton and his concept.
He is a Southern boy that wants to bring some down home cooking to Omaha.
His dream is hospitality and amazing food.
May we introduce you to
SOUTHERN AFFAIR!

Chef will be at Dandelion for breakfast and lunch THIS FRIDAY 7am-2pm.
Menu is below and we cant wait to show you what he is capable of.

Hey, everyone!
We have to take a minute and just say Thank You.

Thank you for a wonderful summer of support and enthusiasm towards what we are doing at South O Sandwich Co.
Your engagement towards our food and our goal of workforce development has created the ability for our next step and new location.

As such this will be our FINAL week at 13th and Howard Street.

As you know, we leased Dandelion Pop-Up this year as our trial run for an ideal. The ideal that creating a stronger workforce starts with helping individuals that often dont get the same opportunities others may receive.
Individuals who often times get overlooked and past by.
With your support, this trial period has grown and created a business that worked!
It has worked so well that we are now able to turn this ideal into a brick and mortar location.

Our new location will begin operation next week at 12100 West Center Road in the Bel Air Plaza.
We will now be a full service business that offers full-time hours, catering, doordash, and more.

As of Tuesday next week our hours will become Tuesday - Saturday 8am to 8pm and we could not be more excited and thankful for this next step.

We invite you to come and celebrate with us all next week as we begin offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner to you full time!

Thank you sincerely to Dandelion Pop-Up and its unbelievable willingness to give us and many other businesses an opportunity to prove ourselves and move forward. For this we could not be more thankful. What a wonderful concept Dandelion is and what it offers to the Omaha public.

We cant wait to see you all and serve you as we grow.

Saturday 7pm-11pm we will be slinging you the favorites plus our famous breakfast sandwich if you prefer breakfast for dinner.
