Yoooooo! For real y’all. Thank you guys so damn much. The last couple weeks have been insane. And getting the time to hang with my son being born was incredible, and my crew was able to hold it down and really kill it so we just really wanted to give them all a lil breather and take a Sunday so they can go and kick it with their family’s. So we’re gonna take tomorrow off 5/31/2026 , and in the mean time get our floors refinished, cuz they been putting in that work. So STAY DIRRY Y’ALL!!!!

Yoooooooooooo! Sup bbs!! Well, that was a great couple weeks for papa bird, I had the most incredible time of my life getting to welcome our first baby bird to the fam! I’m back! We’re gonna run the same hours we been doing the last couple weeks just to get back into the swing of things! So swing by this week and enjoy some lunch with us! Can’t wait to see all y’all! Hey guys! It is my honor to introduce you to the newest Dirty Bird Zachariah Theophilus. We are so happy and just filled with love right now! Thank you for all the well wishes and food. Omahas food scene really rally’s around each other in times like this, so thank you to all my chef and restaurateur friends for all the great meals we been receiving!!! Jeez guys, y’all are the best ever. Seriously, never in our wildest dreams did we think it would be like this. Between winning Sarah Baker Hansens Sandwich Bracket, the weather and showing of our episode of DDD recently, we have just been line out the door busy, as alot of yall have seen lol.
