Kicking off summer with some new flavors.

On special this weekend for dinner we have Berkshire pork with pickled mustard seeds and crisp apple, cabbage salad.

Our pasta is hand torn with a spicy tomato sauce. Its Italian name: Maltagliati alla Arrabbiata translates to ugly and angry. But to us it’s just perfect

Both pair well with a slightly chilled Grenache.
