Hi friends! We will be open for lunch tomorrow and Friday and for breakfast and lunch on Saturday! We’ve got pho banh mi and buffalo tacos this week and we’ll be slinging breakfast burritos on Saturday!

Hi!!! It's been a while but we are back in business! Come see us at Pride on the Plaza in Las Cruces, Saturday 5 – 10 pm! We'll have our world-famous nachos and as always we are all vegan all the time. 💚

There are only two more markets left this season!! Come see us tomorrow for breakfast tacos and all your favorites! Also!! We’re taking over on Halloween! We’ll be serving tacos, nachos, mac & cheese, and some classics from back in the day—including the world-famous (lol) barbecue party taco.

It’s FIRST Friday time! Come see us tonight for fried avocado tacos, barbecue tacos with pickles and potato salad, our world-famous carne asada, nachos, and more! We’ll be on Holden Street with all the festivities and our friends !

Cubano tacos are here! We’ll be slinging these along with carne asada, fried avocado, and pierogi (!!!) tacos, plus breakfast burritos, breakfast tacos, and of course blue cornmeal pancakes tomorrow 9 am - 1 pm. Our food is all vegan all the time, and we go beyond the impossible (lol) and make all our vegan “meats” in house. 🌱

If you’re in town for this weekend and looking for vegan food, come see us at the Williamstown Farmers Market on Saturday! We’ll have tacos and breakfast burritos! We’re also bringing a New Mexico classic, blue cornmeal pancakes, served with house-made breakfast sausage, house-made butter, potato hash, pine nuts, and maple syrup. We’ll also have some new taco specials!

Here’s something that’s never been done before, by us (or anyone??!): a sweet and savory strawberry-rhubarb quesadilla! It’s filled with strawberry-rhubarb preserves we made with fresh fruit from , our house-made mozzarella, and pesto. Then it’s grilled and topped with balsamic aioli. Get it today! The weather is fine so far! 😬
