we believe that good food doesn't have to be fancy- all it takes is fresh ingredients and a little bit of love. we start with our handmade tortillas, fresh off the wooden press and straight to the grill. next, we add all the good stuff- locally sourced and mindfully prepared. chingón is a celebration of friendship and connection through food. we aren’t always traditional- we like to play around wi
