Tango Mango Tango Mango prioritizes authenticity: in Mexican flavor, in service, and in community. Come enjoy a meal like no other
(201)

Tango Mango was born out of owner Shirley’s curiosity when she noticed a craze for great burritos from her daughter and her schoolmates. After some investigating, Shirley began admiring and enjoying the art of taquerias and decided to put her own passion for food to the entrepreneurial test. With help from restaurateur Mario Boccabella, Shirley opened Tango Mango with the mission to blend health-minded cooking, high quality ingredients, and a premium selection of imported drinks. Since 2005, we’ve been treating Newton and the surrounding areas to fresh Mexican dishes, prepared with love and made to enjoy.

A little behind the scenes at Tango Mango
These jalapeños are just beginning the pickling process. It's one of the many ingredients we prepare in-house.

From pickled jalapeños and onions to fresh salsa and guacamole, we believe the best flavor comes from making things ourselves.
It's the little details that make a big difference.
