We’re excited to feature Guatemala El Pacayal as our June single origin. Grown on the beautiful El Pacayal Estate in San Miguel Pochuta, this coffee comes from rich volcanic soils in the South Coast Highlands of Guatemala.

In the cup, you’ll find a beautifully balanced and inviting profile — creamy milk chocolate that melts into warm, toasted almond richness, lifted by a bright tart cherry note that brings everything together with a lovely brightness. 🍫🍒☕

This month we’re featuring Honduras Gea — a beautiful single-origin grown by over 400 women producers across Honduras.
This coffee tells a story of resilience, collaboration, and quiet strength. The name “Gea” honors creation and foundation — a fitting tribute to the women who manage every step of production while leading their households and communities.

In the cup you’ll find deep, comforting notes of rich molasses sweetness, followed by warm clove spice and a smooth, nutty walnut finish.
