What an incredible Grand Opening! ❤️

We want to take a moment to thank every single person who came out to celebrate with us. Seeing so many friends, families, customers, and community members show up to support our dream meant more than words can express.

A special thank you to the Licking County Chamber of Commerce for helping make the day so memorable with the ribbon-cutting ceremony and those iconic big scissors! ✂️ We are grateful for your support and for helping us mark this important milestone.

At The Bodega, we’re proud to be a seed oil-free establishment because we believe our community deserves quality food made with care. From day one, our mission has been about more than serving great food—it’s about creating a place where people can gather, connect, and feel at home.

The grand opening was just the beginning. We have so much planned for the future, and we can’t wait to continue growing alongside this amazing community. Your support allows us to keep doing what we love and to keep finding ways to give back to the people who support us.

We just want to take a moment and truly thank everyone who came out and supported us this weekend. The love and support meant everything to us and we don’t take that lightly.

We also want to be real with you. It was hectic and at times unorganized. We didn’t fully know what to expect and even though we thought we were prepared, we ended up selling out of a lot after the first day. We know that was frustrating, especially for those of you who came for the Korean corn dogs and rolled ice cream.

We hear you and we’re sorry we didn’t have everything ready the way we should have.

The good news is those items are coming this week. We are working hard behind the scenes to get everything in place so you can get the full experience you were expecting.

This weekend taught us a lot and that is exactly why it is called a soft opening. We are learning, adjusting, and improving every day.

If you have any feedback, whether it is something you want to see on the menu, something we can do better, or if something was wrong with your order, please message us. We want to make it right.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and support while we grow through this. It means more than you know.

We will be open Monday from 6am to 9pm. Bear with us as we continue to get better ❤️

After 11 long months, we’re officially opening The Bodega tomorrow. Doors will be open from 6AM–10PM, with breakfast served from 6AM–11AM.

This will be our soft opening, so we’ll be running a limited menu while we take a couple weeks to fine-tune everything before releasing the full menu. Right now we’ll have rice bowls, loaded baked potato’s , loaded, loaded fries, burritos, phillys, chopped cheese, wings, breakfast sandwiches and burritos,omelets and more on the way.

We built The Bodega to be more than just a place to grab food. It’s somewhere you can come in, eat, hang out, play our free arcade games, or sit down and play from over 20,000 games while you’re here. You’ll also be able to watch your food being made right in front of you and tell us exactly how you want it.

That’s what a bodega means to us — a place where you can order it your way, or keep it simple and go with one of our signature items.

We’ll also be adding a lot more to the menu over time, and we’d really like to hear from you when you come in about what you’d want to see added.

We ask for a little patience these first few days as we make sure we’re doing things the right way and making sure everyone leaves satisfied.
