We want to address recent comments being made by a former employee. This individual is no longer employed with us due to violations of company policy and dishonesty.

While we won’t engage in public back-and-forth or share private employment details, many of the accusations being made are simply untrue and do not reflect who we are as a business or team.

We have always worked hard to create a respectful workplace, serve quality food, and support our staff and community. We stand behind our team and our business values.
We appreciate everyone who has continued to support us and show kindness during this situation. We are choosing to move forward focused on our customers, staff, and the future of MNCHS.

I actually like when people have discussions like this one because it gives me a chance to educate people with these kinds of questions on how different a corporation is vs a small business.

First, I’ll start with the fact that they have massive buying power - so basically they can get much much cheaper product than we can because we don’t have 400+ locations (like Steak ‘n Shake)

Secondly, and I hate to burst anyone’s bubble but it’s most likely due to lower quality. Take our smash burger for example - we buy from the butchers right next door (The Block and Cleaver) and they grind fresh for us daily. We don’t buy bulk packaged beef from unknown sources. This has many advantages for the community!

Third, I would like to point out the lower labor costs…we pay our employees better than chains and fast food places so they definitely get a break there.

I could go on and on and on and on but I’ll leave you with this …

Independent restaurants are dealing with:

higher food costs
smaller order volumes
more waste risk
higher labor percentage
more scratch prep
rising paper/supply costs
needing actual profit from each meal to survive

And that’s just a tiny bit of it. Bottom line- we don’t have corporate money but we are going to be better and that’s a fact 🙏🏼

Hey guys! We are back from our vacation and ready for action 💥 PLEASE remember we are closed THIS Friday and Saturday ALL DAY for Memorial Weekend. Online ordering is closed for these days - we learned this past weekend a couple people somehow got orders through despite my best efforts to let make people aware of our shortened days and turning them off. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ORDERS FOR THIS WEEKEND

This weeks hours : Tuesday-Thursday 10:30am-8p & closed Friday and Saturday

Normal hours will resume May 26th and when we are trained and staffed we will be extending our hours to 9p

Hey 👋🏼 May is a pretty busy month for everyone over at MNCHS. Because we have such a small staff and still training we have to make some adjustments to our schedule. Please take note! This weekend Dallas & I are taking off to celebrate our anniversary and we won’t have the staff to cover us so we’ll be adjusting to shorter days. Next Wednesday we have large catering orders that will take up our entire morning allowing us no choice but to open a little later …..and lastly, we want to give our crew a nice long weekend break to spend time with their families, attend graduations and relax 😎 Thank you for understanding, perks of a being a small business 😅

Listen I’m aware everyone’s entitled to their own opinion but when did people who visit restaurants become so dang entitled. Like damn, you had to wait 15 min during dinner rush?! People wait in lines everyday, they wait in traffic, they wait at the doctor, car washes, grocery stores…BUT come to a restaurant and you expect to get served immediately? Also, read the menu? Maybe if you don’t like something, get something else?

And no, I will not stop sharing how dumb reviews are.
