We understand that many of you have questions about our pricing and our opening timeline, and we truly appreciate your patience and support.
Bringing The Hanover Cottage to life has been a much bigger journey than we ever imagined. Like many small businesses, we’ve experienced construction delays, inspections, equipment lead times, and countless behind-the-scenes challenges. While we know the wait has been frustrating, we’re committed to opening only when we know we can provide the quality, service, and experience our community deserves.
We’ve also heard the conversations about pricing. Every menu item is made with quality ingredients, generous portions, and the care we’d serve our own family. Like every restaurant, we’ve had to navigate rising food, labor, and operating costs, but our goal has always been to offer great value—not just a meal, but a welcoming place where friends, families, and neighbors can gather.
We know not everyone will agree with every price, and that’s okay. We simply ask that you give us the opportunity to serve you before making a final judgment. We believe the quality, portions, and hospitality will speak for themselves.
