Organic sourcing matters to us — but an organic label alone doesn’t tell you everything about a meal.

We also look at the oils, sweeteners, proteins, ingredients and preparation behind it. The whole recipe matters.

This is where Locanut starts to look different.

Instead of asking you to choose the one “better-for-you” option on the menu, these standards are built into the way we create our food in the first place.
