WTF?! How long , how often will read that kind of “news”? We cannot accept it as a norm that the best vegan restaurants in New York are closing one by one. These establishments, with decades of legacy, represent the pinnacle of vegan dining. Why is this happening? Why do we only react and support when these businesses are on the verge of becoming another statistic? We often speak about the power and commitment of the vegan community. This very restaurant like many of others, day after day and year after year, has been loyal and committed to this community with an unmatched level of dedication. Yet, when we patronize non-vegan places that offer vegan options or celebrate Dunkin’ and KFC for their incremental vegan menus . We overlook these vegan establishments that have been unwavering in their mission to serve us. Let’s not wait until it’s too late. Let’s support dedicated vegan restaurants now, not later. Visit them, order takeout or delivery, and help keep doors open. Your support makes a difference. Together, we can ensure these treasures remain a vital part of our community.
