A 6 foot vegan grazing table for this sweet couple’s wedding day!

Filled with all the plant-based goodness like artisanal vegan cheeses, caprese skewers with balsamic pipettes, plant-based salami & soppressata, fresh fruits and veggies, various dips, spreads, olives and of course my chocolate truffles
We also created a separate nut-free platter for some of their guests so everyone could enjoy something special
The beautiful table garland by Verbena Designs Inc
was the perfect finishing touch

This custom sculpted cake was created to include all the little details that made it personal- his shin guards, league details, and even his special soccer ball.

Flor de maga flowers are always special to me. I hand sculpted every petal individually and they’re all edible.

This one was Coquito flavored from my Latin inspired menu. Coconut cake, rum syrup, coconut cream & cinnamon filling. Coquito season may be over but it doesn’t mean we can’t indulge a little
