We are **SUPER proud of our family member** who has been such a big part of the Roots Asian Restaurant journey. ❤️

From the very beginning, he has been there — greeting our guests, helping serve warm and comforting meals, and becoming a familiar face. 🥹🍜

Now, he’s off to begin an incredible new chapter — **SERVING our country by joining the U.S. Air Force! 🇺🇸✈️**

Tomorrow, **Saturday, August 1st, will be his last day with us**. 🥲❤️

So, if you’ve ever shared a smile with him, or enjoyed a meal he helped serve, please stop by tomorrow and wish him well as he takes this next big step in his journey.
