Yesterday, Creekstone brought a little extra excitement to lunchtime with our Taqueria Takeover!

From delicious tacos to flavorful elote, creamy queso and chips, and more, we loved bringing some student favorites together for a special dining experience!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us! 💜 We hope you enjoyed every bite as much as we enjoyed bringing this experience to campus.

Our Harvest Grain Bowl event with Dietitian Tara Parsons, RD, LDN was such a hit that students immediately started asking for more.
So, thanks to overwhelming demand and a great request from SGA, we’re bringing a new recurring option to Bison Café!
Students can now enjoy Build Your Own Mediterranean Bowls every Tuesday and Thursday night at Showcase.
Fresh ingredients. Bold flavors. Plenty of choices. That familiar build your own Mediterranean experience, right here on campus.

Roll call! 📋 Dining Intern, Aleksei is checking attendance, and October is packed with fun at Lipscomb Dining.

From Fall Into Pretzels and Taqueria Takeover to Freshens Soulful Smoothie Hour, Chef Celebration Week, pumpkin spice favorites, Halloween treats and more, there is plenty happening across campus this month.

Students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents and friends of Lipscomb, take a look at the schedule and make plans to join us. We hope to see plenty of Bisons showing up hungry this October! 🍂🎃

Flashback Friday to a very special celebration of the people who make Lipscomb Dining what it is.

Last Friday, we had the opportunity to recognize members of our dining team with anniversary plaques and customer service awards, honoring their dedication, hard work, and commitment to serving our campus community.

As we celebrate the first Lipscomb Friday of the year today, we also want to celebrate the heart behind our dining program. Our employees work each day to provide great food, welcoming spaces, and thoughtful service that helps support the quality of life of our students and the entire Lipscomb community.

To our dining team, thank you for everything you do. We see you, we appreciate you, and we are grateful to have you as part of the Lipscomb family.

National Coffee Day was brewed just right at Lipscomb! ☕️

Yesterday, our students stopped by Starbucks to enjoy their favorite coffee drinks, grab a pastry, catch up with friends, and fuel up for the rest of the day. From study sessions to coffee dates, we loved seeing so many smiling faces celebrating with us.

Thank you to everyone who joined in on the fun - because campus life is simply better with coffee and a little something sweet. 🤎

Here’s what’s happening this week with Lipscomb Dining!

We’re kicking things off tomorrow, Monday, Sept. 28, with our Sauce Boss Wing Bar at Bison Café from 11 AM - 2 PM. Taste the sauces, vote for your favorite, and help us crown the Sauce Boss of the semester.

Then on Tuesday, Sept. 29, celebrate National Coffee Day at Starbucks with any coffee purchase and enjoy a half-priced pastry or cake pop all day.

Finally, close out the week on Friday, Oct. 2 with warm pretzels and cheese at Creekstone as we roll into October with some cozy fall flavor.
